General provisions
- The online store operating at https:// bluechippoland.com is operated by Promotion BlueChip Poland Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9522087358, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 142354535 (hereinafter: ‘Seller’).
- These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the online store, placing orders for products available in the store, delivering ordered products to the Customer, paying the sale price of the products by the Customer, the right to withdraw from the contract, and the rules for submitting and considering complaints.
- The shop's customer may be a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, who uses the shop in accordance with the terms and conditions and applicable law.
- Placing an order in the shop means acceptance of these regulations.
§1 Placing orders
- Orders can be placed via the bluechippoland.com website.
- The customer places an order by selecting the products they are interested in and adding them to their basket, then confirming the purchase and making the payment.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of order acceptance to the specified e-mail address.
- The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
§2 Prices and payments
- All product prices listed in the shop are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys.
- Delivery costs are added to the product price in accordance with the information provided when placing the order.
- Payments can be made via electronic payment systems, traditional bank transfer or other methods indicated on the shop's website.
- The Seller reserves the right to change product prices, but these changes do not apply to orders already placed by the Customer.
§3 Delivery
- Products are delivered within Poland and other countries specified in the shop.
- Delivery is carried out by courier companies or parcel lockers, according to the customer's choice.
- The delivery time is usually 2 to 7 working days from the date of payment, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
- The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer upon delivery.
§4 Withdrawal from the contract (returns)
- A Customer who is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should send a statement of withdrawal to the Seller's e-mail address or in writing.
- The Customer is obliged to return the product in an undamaged condition, no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the statement of withdrawal.
- The refund shall be made within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned product.
- The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
§5 Complaints
- The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
- In the event of physical or legal defects in the purchased product, the Customer may lodge a complaint on the basis of the warranty or guarantee (if provided).
- Complaints should be submitted electronically to the Seller's e-mail address or in writing to the address of the registered office.
- The complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt. The Customer will be informed of the decision by e-mail.
- If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one or the Customer will receive a refund, at the Seller's discretion.
§6 Warranty
- Some products offered in the shop may be covered by a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty.
- Detailed warranty terms and conditions can be found in the warranty card attached to the product or in the product description in the store.
- The use of the warranty does not exclude the Customer's right to make a complaint under the warranty.
§7 Personal data protection
- The Seller is the administrator of the Customer's personal data.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfilment and, with the Customer's consent, for marketing purposes.
- Detailed information on the protection of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.
§8 Final provisions
- These regulations are effective from the date of publication on the store's website.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, provided that such amendments do not infringe the acquired rights of Customers who placed orders before the amendments came into force.
- In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- Any disputes arising from the performance of the sales contract shall be settled by the common courts having jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
